Welcome to my comfortable home on a private residential estate in Moseley, one of Birmingham's most sought-after and vibrant neighbourhoods.

You'll have a large private bedroom with a luxurious super king-size bed, TV, and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Guests also have access to a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with TV, and high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

The house is just a 10-minute walk from Moseley Village, a lively area known for its excellent independent cafés, restaurants, bars, and traditional pubs. Whether you're after great food, a relaxed drink, live music, or a weekend brunch, you'll find plenty of options nearby.

Moseley Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, with regular trains reaching Birmingham City Centre in around 10 minutes. Lime bikes are also readily available in the area, making it easy to get around the city and surrounding neighbourhoods.

As a local resident, I'm happy to offer recommendations on places to eat, drink, and explore during your stay. Whether you're visiting Birmingham for work, sightseeing, or a weekend away, my home provides a comfortable and convenient base in one of the city's most popular areas.

I had the pleasure of staying with Jon on a recent trip through Europe. His place is in Moseley and this is a lovely part of town, not too far a walk to restaurants and pubs. His place is immaculately clean and well presented. Finding the entrance was slightly tricky, it isn't from the main street. Jon is very friendly and advised on places to go in the area. The train to Moseley is about every 30 minutes so have a timetable if you don't want to waste time! I highly recommend a stay with Jon.
