Welcome! We want you to relax, have fun, and enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer. Please treat our home with the same care you would your own and be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–10:00 AM per City of Palm Springs regulations. The reservation holder must sign the required Good Neighbor Agreement upon arrival. Please use the pool and spa at your own risk—there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised at all times. Pool and spa heating is available for $80 per day and must be requested before check-in. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Most importantly, relax, make memories, and enjoy your Palm Springs getaway! 🌴🏳‍🌈
