A bright, peaceful studio that I’ve prepared as a comfortable place to slow down, rest and enjoy your time in Alicante. Whether you’re coming for the beach, exploring the city or working remotely, it’s a space where you can feel at ease and have everything you need around you.

The centre, the beach, shops and public transport are all within easy reach, while the neighbourhood itself is quiet enough to come home to at the end of the day and get a good night’s sleep.

Important: This property is available exclusively under a Spanish temporary rental agreement, governed by Articles 3 and 4 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). Minimum stay: 11 nights. A rental agreement must be signed before check-in, and all guests are required to provide identification.
