My name is Ruy and I live in Barcelona. I have a room available with a double bed for two people for short-term stays. The monthly rent or long-term lease is for one person only.

Note: My home is a great place to stay—comfortable, clean, and safe—but it’s not a five-star hotel. We live in an old apartment with old books, antique furniture, and a rustic style. Don’t expect luxuries or extravagances. This has been my home for 15 years. It’s a clean, safe, warm, pleasant, comfortable, and simple place, away from the tourist areas. I always do my best to make sure everything runs smoothly. Everything matches the photos in the listing, and the prices reflect what I’m offering. Be realistic and don’t set your expectations too high.
