Respectful of apartment space, furniture, decor... etc.. Familiarize yourself with proper usage and operating procedures of bathroom bidet. Noise control- be respectful of all building residents and keep personal noise to a moderate to minimum level. No smoking! Limited space requires that the space is limited to the host , 1 guest in guest room and perhaps 2 on a case by case determination. However a default of 2 max unless approval by host is granted. All kitchen appliances are free for guests to use and then clean after meal period ends. Respectful of others occupants food sources, please don’t touch. Designated space for guest usage in refrigerator and medicine cabinet in restroom for your personal needs. Same rule applies in this area, mutual respect of not touching others personals. One must provide telephone number to a food service delivery to the address so they can phone you upon their arrival. Then you will meet service at the front door of building and remember to bring your copy of apartment keys with you as their are security locks on certain doors that require a key or code— DONT GET LOCKED OUT! Self check in is the default method for checking in and details will be provided after confirmation of reservation dates and arrival date is near.
