King was very responsive and accommodating. The building has security, and is well lit. It was a quick Uber from the airport and not too far from everything. Thanks!

He is very polite and quiet at the same time. He didn't get nude but didn't mind of me sleeping naked so that was cool. The place it's a new bldg in a area with homeless but safe. I even walk around them and they were polite. The room as see in pictures it's kinda empty but with a nice mattress so I slept well. He is very polite and even let me the place to myself all night so we didn't share the mattress. The bldg it's just step from the train station so it's a easy to get to San Francisco.
