It's a big beautiful room in a large house. Everything is there, like a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a sunken tub, and large sliding-glass doors to a backyard. The house is in a woodsy neighborhood, surrounded by trees. Good value for the price. And caring and communicative hosts that made checking-in so easy. Get your filtered water from the kitchen refrigerator and watch a movie with the host. Walk to restaurants and an exceptional supermarket. Woman next door sells homemade cookies.

Charles and Tim were both incredibly hospitable, and the suite is very deluxe especially for the rate - the bed is incredibly large and comfortable with great pillows, there is a dedicated work space and even a reasonably-sized fridge with a walk-in closet. And the lighting options 🙏✨ They've thought of everything.

Charles was super easy to work with, was proactive with communications to ensure a smooth check-in, and was an amazing host! Definitely a great place to stay and would recommend it for anyone!

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting close to Santa Rosa and 101. Cozy (yet spacious), quiet, patio access, comfortable bed, and amazing lighting options. Great communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail from the host. Hope to return.

I just enjoyed my second stay at Charles and Tim's beautiful home. I love waking up in the big cozy king bed and enjoying the view of the lush green garden. I had the good fortune to have time to talk with Tim in the morning while making my first cup of coffee and I finally got to meet Charles who had just returned from southern Ca! They're both so friendly and personable I feel like part of the family. Looking forward to my next relaxing getaway at their place!

Really nice house. The room was really nice, large with a private bathroom. Tim the host was very welcoming. The house was very quiet which I really appreciated.
