Want to stay a few nights at an architects home? See ******** on the boards. Quite private suite in a home in what Redfin called "Hottest neighborhood in America" in 2015. Private Bath and Kitchenette. Lovely garden and full use of the upstairs kitchen, dinning room and living room. The room has a queen size bed and full size sofa sleeper!

Gregg's place is immaculate! Everything we needed for a long weekend. And Gregg is one of the most easygoing hosts I've stayed with: friendly, open, and generous. More than just renting a room--he made us feel at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An extraordinary place to stay. Attention to detail from amenities to cooking utensils were above and beyond. The hot tub with a view overlooking the city lights was icing on the cake! Greg was a super host, welcoming, warm and provides great details to get the most of the accommodations and your stay! Thanks Greg!

Gregg was a great host. Only too happy to help, make local recommendations and make the whole experience as smooth as possible. This was my first experience with misterbnb and I'm very grateful it was with Gregg. His place is beauty and felt like a home away from home. Location is great for getting to The Castro, the bus stop is a minute walk around the corner. I'd stay there and with him again in heartbeat.

So happy to find Gregg's place. Bernal is a charming neighbourhood with great coffee, easy access to good food and the Wild Side West bar just round the corner. The apartment is modern, neat and spotlessly clean, and the views from the garden are incredible. Only met Gregg (who was easy to reach throughout) on my last day, and he was a delight. Check-in and check-out both really easy too.

Gregg is one of the best host: communicative, supportive, open for feedback. The place is incredible, better than you see on the pictures: comfy bed, fully equipped appt and good location. I will definitely come back Gregg's place. Highly recommended!

Gregg has a really lovely home with fab views across SF that's both well appointed and situated in a vibrant and friendly local neighbourhood. We were well looked after & even enjoyed the hot tub. It would be good to revisit anytime.

Gregg was a gracious host. His home is exquisite and centrally located with public transit close within a short walking distance. Cleaner accommodations you will not find anywhere else.
