Very sunny, three bedroom, single family home with second story deck and SF Bay views, large backyard, on a quiet residential street, 11 miles (17 km) from downtown San Francisco (15 minutes by car and 40 minutes by public transport). We are an American/Spanish gay couple and welcome people from all over the world. Except for the bedrooms, you share the entire house with a friendly gay couple who love and care for their home. We offer one quiet medium size bedroom and private half bath (plus a shared full bath). There is cable TV with Netflix, WiFi internet access throughout the house, and full access to the living room, dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. There are also three outdoor spaces to relax in: a front patio with chairs, a deck with table, chairs and views of the SF Bay, and a grassy backyard garden with park ******** are bilingual (English/Spanish), very friendly and happy to offer conversation, recommendations and support, but we are also more than happy to give you complete privacy if you ******** neighborhood is safe, quiet, residential and is located in the Oakland foothills. There is not a lot of car or foot traffic on our street. Around the block there is a creek and wild area which is very nice for walking and there are beautiful big parks on the tops of the hills within a few miles from our ******** are conveniently located near two highways (the 580 and the 13) and close to downtown Oakland (8 minutes), Oakland Airport (15 minutes), Berkeley (12 minutes), downtown San Francisco (15 minutes) and San Francisco International Airport (30 minutes). There is Uber and Lyft service all around the SF Bay Area. We are also very close (3 minute walk) to a bus stop and the bus (No. 54) takes you directly to the Fruitvale BART Station. BART takes you to all of the destinations mentioned above. The total trip in public transport from our house to downtown SF is 40 minutes.
