David was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. His place is spotless and was exactly what I expected from the listing. David was very generous with his time by showing me around his favorite spots in Oakland, which was great for me as I consider relocation to the area. I am glad to have made a friend and had this experience that really enhanced my trip!

We could not have had a better first MisterB&B experience with David! The house and neighborhood were lovely and the location was great. David entertained us all evening with wonderful conversation and even showed us around town! Highly recommend.

David was an amazing host -very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful, clean, and had such a comforting atmosphere. It felt like a peaceful space to unwind after a long day, and everything was just as described. I really appreciated how thoughtful and respectful David was throughout my stay. It was a great stay at David's place. Gratifying, well organized, privacy and quietude. Location wise, it is accessible by public transports. Bus #54 to/from BART Station - clipper card or ******** ($2.50 without change returned), BART Train (credit or clipper card) to/from city centre/airport, and bus/tram - clipper card or ******** (without change return) at the city centre. If you are rushing to city centre/airport by Uber ride, try to go out earlier as during peak hours (600-ish to 800-ish AM) Bay Bridge might have traffic congestion. David was decent, informative, corteous and hospitable host. It is highly recommended to stay at David's place.

We stayed 3 nights with David who welcomed us really very well. The room is very comfortable. A private bathroom with sink and toilet. The shower is shared. The environment is very calm and the highway to get to San Francisco is very close. We had our breakfast in the kitchen left at our disposal. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area easily accessible on foot or by car. In short, I recommend this rental.

What a wonderful place for a much needed respite while working in Oakland. David is friendly, welcoming and provides a safe and comfy stay in his well-appointed home. The location is quiet, and scenic, the home is clean, orderly and thoughtfully curated - one could not ask for more!

One of my favorite stays. The house is beautiful. The yard impeccable. The view of the bay is just incredible. If you are staying in the San Francisco Bay area, this is a place to stay. Plenty of parking very safe neighborhood. David was the perfect host, gave me a tour of his home and made me feel totally at home. Can't wait to stay at his home again!
