This is a private bedroom with walk in closet full furnished, in a 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom Beautiful craftsmen style house in Oakland built in 1912 with beautiful cherry wood throughout the home. walking distance from lake merrit and the bart station. Carpets shampooed and vacuumed biweekly. The backyard is extremely private as it is surround by 20+ foot high brick wall. Backyard has a lemon tree and avocado tree as well as an outside dining/chillin area. Well lit for night time. The bedroom gets great light from both windows all day. Very comforting. But I have black out curtains if that’s not your thing. Fully welcome to use whatever the house has to offer during your stay. WiFi and breakfast includes if wanted. I work in San Francisco Monday-Friday so won’t be home most of the day weekdays. Spacious dinning area for whatever you’d like to use it for. Bathroom has a bathtub. Also extra storage if needed both in the hallways between rooms or outside in the shed if you need to lock up a bike or something of the sorts. Front porch is filled with plants and herbs most edible. Feel free to pick some mint or lavender for your morning coffee or tea. 3 corner stores walk-in distance. And about a 20 min walk to the nearest grocery store. I usually have 2 rentable scooters out front the house, will make sure one is here if you decided to use. Walking distance to lake merrit, great place to go on the first friday of every month as there is a huge city block party, great food great music etc. Hope you enjoy. It’s a great inviting place.
