Welcome to The Treetop Retreat, our farmhouse-style home in the foothills of Lookout Mountain. From our hilltop perch, enjoy awe-inspiring views of the mountain and Cloudland Canyon. And total seclusion with no one in sight.

Our enchanting outdoor areas include a fire pit and two decks with a hot tub. Plus two grassy yards. Inside the house, you’ll live well among comfy furniture, fiber optic Internet, a game room and windows everywhere.

Read on to learn all about our retreat in Wildwood, GA ... Our outdoor spaces invite you to fall off the grid among the great outdoors. Relax on our main deck with morning coffee or afternoon sweet tea as you take in the sea of trees all around you. Or head to the lower deck where you can kick back on more cushioned furniture and enjoy lunch at the counter table. There’s also a hot tub where guests love to watch painterly sunsets with a cocktail (or two) in hand.

On the front porch, dine al fresco at our table for six. We also have a grill for lip smackin’ Southern cookouts. And once night falls, gather around the fire pit as the starry night sky twinkles above you.

Inside, our open living room, kitchen and dining areas have a light and easygoing farmhouse style. There are barnwood tables, homey wall art, plush furnishings and lots of sunlight. The living room opens to the deck while our gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream.

The guest bedroom on the main floor has a white washed queen bed plus a twin bed – making it great for friends or small families. A full bathroom is just steps away, off the living room. And don’t miss the closet at the top of the steps that go downstairs. It has been converted into a cute mini office space for any work remote needs.

On the downstairs floor, a hallway with local art, farmhouse hooks and a wooden bench leads you to the master bedroom. It is simply stunning. Fall happily asleep on the rustic king bed from which you can see Lookout Mountain. A vintage-style chandelier hangs above and glass doors open to the lower deck. This room also has a smart TV, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub / shower that’s accessed by a sliding barn door. Down here, you can also stay entertained for hours in our game room. Team up for a pool tournament, duke it out at the foosball table or stream a movie on the smart TV.

LOCATION Treetop Retreat is nestled in the countryside foothills between Cloudland Canyon State Park and Chattanooga – right by the base of Lookout Mountain.

We’re close to the following: • Rock City Gardens – 12 miles • Cloudland Canyon State Park – 13 minutes • Canyon Grill & Lookout Mountain Pizza Company – 15 minutes • Downtown Chattanooga – 20 minutes You have private access to Treetop Retreat and all amenities during your stay. You can access our home any time with our secure, keyless entry. The home is situated in the countryside. The home is located on the top of a foothill with views of Lookout Mountain and the valley.

GUEST COUNT Treetop Retreat can accommodate a maximum of five ******** guests per stay. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. In addition, the primary responsible renter must be at least 25 years old.

PETS Pets are welcome at Treetop Retreat for an additional pet fee. We ask that you please keep your pet crated when left alone if they have separation anxiety.

DRIVEWAY To get such great views, Treetop Retreat is perched ontop of a foothill, which has a steep driveway. The driveway is paved the whole way up and there is room for 3 cars with space to turnaround at the top. If the driveway is snowy or icy, the driveway may not be usable (this is a rare occasion).

HOT TUB Guests must follow our posted hot tub rules at all times. And children must be supervised when near or in the hot tub.

SECURITY CAMERA We will have an exterior camera installed over the driveway area to keep an eye on the property when vacant and to prevent over occupancy and parties. There are no cameras near the hot tub or porch areas, so your privacy will be protected.

SMOKING To keep the home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $300 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal.

PARTIES & EVENTS Parties and events are not allowed at any time. Any evidence of such will result in a $1,000 fee and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the house in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
