Welcome to Butterfly House, a unique studio in Antwerp where city life meets nature. The name comes from the lush plants covering the front of the building, attracting dozens of butterflies almost every day during the warmer months.
I've been living here since March 2026, and this is my own home whenever it's not being rented. During your stay, however, the studio is entirely yours, with complete privacy and your own entrance, bathroom, and living space.
Your Space
The apartment has a flexible, modular interior that easily adapts to your needs. Whether you prefer to cook a meal at home, enjoy a relaxed dinner inside, or simply use the studio as a comfortable base while exploring Antwerp's restaurants and cafés, the choice is yours. The historic city centre is only a 10-minute walk away.
The bed is brand new (July 2026), ensuring a comfortable night's sleep after a day in the city.

Welcome! We hope you have a great stay and enjoy everything the neighbourhood and Antwerp’s nightlife have to offer. To keep the apartment comfortable and respectful for everyone, please follow these house rules.
1. 👥 Maximum 2 guests
The apartment is for a maximum of 2 people at all times. This also applies to visitors who are only staying temporarily. Additional guests are not permitted.
2. 🚫 Drugs & excessive alcohol
The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs in the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Excessive alcohol consumption, disruptive behaviour or any behaviour that may cause disturbance to neighbours is also not permitted.
Enjoy Antwerp’s nightlife, but please keep the partying outside the apartment. 😉
3. 🧹 Leave the apartment clean
The apartment must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
* Put all rubbish in the appropriate bins.
* Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
* Return furniture and belongings to their original place.
* Do not leave food, bottles or other rubbish behind.
4. 🔇 Respect the neighbours
The apartment is located in a residential area. Loud music, shouting, excessive noise or disruptive behaviour are not permitted, especially during the evening and at night.
Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours.
5. 🚫 No parties or events
The apartment is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings. The maximum occupancy of 2 people always applies.
6. 🌈 Respect & inclusivity
Everyone is welcome. The apartment is located in an LGBTQ+ friendly area, and we expect all guests to treat each other, the neighbours and the surrounding community with respect.
7. 🏡 Treat the apartment with care
