Cosy private room and bathroom

We had a pleasant time at Thomas and Hannes's. Whenever we needed something, they were right there to respond. We'll definitely be back.

I had a perfect stay at Hannes&Tomas. Lots of privacy in the big room at the other side of the courtyard with private bathroom and everything I needed. The room is equipped with great attention to detail and Hannes and Tomas were very welcoming. Thank you guys!

This private guesthouse was an amazing place to stay while exploring Antwerp. Although there is lots to explore nearby, the public bikes just outside the door allow you to easily get to the city center. Tomas and Hannes made sure that I was comfortable my whole stay, and the room was clean, well decorated, comfortable, and maintained. I couldn't be more happy to have stayed here!

Tomas and Hannes were great hosts, the check-in was super easy and welcoming. Unfortunately I wasn't around much but everytime I met them they were super kind, and even when I was out exploring the city they provided me with tips according to my interests. They wanted to make sure I had a great antwerp experience and were successful. The room is an own building, feels like a royal chamber! Quiet and tidy and nothing to left to wish for!

Tomas and Hannes are great hosts. They were extremely friendly and communicative, ready to help with anything needed. The flat is clean and spacious, perfectly matching the pictures and the description. The house is located in a beautiful and calm area, next to the Art Noveau neighborhood of Antwerp and close to the city centre. I would definetely recommend this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We only saw the hosts on check in but they were very helpful and we had good communication before arrival. It's a nice little place and has everything you need. It was very quiet, we slept very well and although it isn't in the centre of town, it's right next to the tram stop.

This room is even more beautiful than the photos. We liked the decoration, private bathroom and especially the nice shower. We used the free parking and rental bikes (Velo) in front of the house to go to the city centre (10-15 min). This rental system works perfectly. We were lucky to meet both Tomas and Hannes and had a great time together in their awesome bar Den Draak which you should definitely visit.

The perfect room for a short but also for a longer stay as it is well equipped. The reservation process went very smooth. As the room has a separate entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. A very positive surprise was the fairly large modern comfortable shower, much better than what you typically get in similarly priced hotel rooms. If I need to mention one negative point: when I was there the Wifi signal was rather weak. One of my devices even failed to connect.
