Beginning with the luxe front veranda beautifully furnished with a Chippendale Mahogany Oly Bench upholstered in buttery leather holding court in the sitting room area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or end of the day cocktails. A beautiful checkered board painted floor elevate the space and play up the concrete console & antique french mirror suspended above it. Orchids, ferns & other plantings make this the ideal spot to plan your daily excursions around the city.

Inside you will find yourself enveloped in chic spaces designed for comfort & enjoyment. Sink into the linen Knole sofa with a book, as you find yourself immerse in the beautiful art by local artist, Bert John in the spacious parlor, dominated by the fireplace mantel's terra cotta Chinese Warrior sculptures. Or enjoy a cocktail & a game of chess in the second seating area of this grand space.

The dining room, anchored by a dramatic color photograph art piece: " " by the photographer: Bin Feng sits atop a french proveçal console table. The serused English dining table is surrounded by serused klismos dining chairs upholstered in monochromatic leather. A well stocked bar on a burled wood cth centabinet, is at the ready for a cocktail. The stunning "Green Marsh" by artist Bert John, brings it all together. Centered on the axis of the room is a portrait of your host (Adam Turoni) by artist: Marcus Dunn. The matching chandeliers enfilade between the two rooms, add that touch of high drama to the space and help emphasize the dramatic frieze, french moldings on the walls and the pair of floor to ceiling columns that imbue the rooms a quite elegance.

There is a small powder room and well appointed kitchen with a coffee station at the ready for a quick coffee in italian porcelain cups.

A victorian wide stairwell will take you up to your private retreat. The bedroom, with custom made floor to ceiling blue & white gingham canopy will surround you in ultimate luxury of design & comfort. A large hand loomed seagrass rug underfoot is lovely to walk on. Mahogany with black & white marble topped night stands on either side, with plenty of room for essentials needed within reach. Various 19th century dandy hand colored fashion sketches frame the flat screen tv, sitting atop an arts and crafts hunters console. A pair of white lucite Phillip Stark, Anne chairs on either side. At the foot of the bed, a wide comfortable french bench, upholstered in a silk damask grey & gold fabric sits at the ready to assist each day with a chic spot to put on shoes or a moment of repose before beginning the day.

A modern floor mirror and a built-in closet cabinet with two drawers will give any traveler plenty of space to organize and put away clothes and other personal items.

The in-suite marble bathroom is access by a pocket door. A large vanity with lots of drawers for extra storage is topped with white marble. A generous marble lined shower enclosure is framed by floor to ceiling blue & white gingham drape panels.
