This is a private room in a thoughtfully designed 3BHK home created by a designer who also lives in the apartment. While I stay in one of the other rooms, guests enjoy complete access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and the beautiful park within the society.

* No loud music, parties, or gatherings.
* Treat the room and shared spaces with care.
* Please don’t disturb neighbors or other residents in the building.
* Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area, if applicable.
* Feel free to use the kitchen and other amenities respectfully and clean up after yourself.
* Visitors are not allowed unless discussed in advance.
* Pets are welcome with prior approval.
* Please switch off lights, AC, and electrical appliances when leaving the room.
* Any damage to the property should be reported immediately.
* Government-issued ID is required for all guests at check-in.
