I have a spare room with its own bathroom in my modern townhouse, just a couple of minutes’ walk from beautiful Pāpāmoa Beach. We’re close enough that you can hear the waves from your bedroom at night.

The house is near the new Sandhurst Drive shops, with FreshChoice, Pearl Kitchen and Good Home Pub all within easy walking distance. There’s also a bus stop right nearby, with easy access to Mount Maunganui, Bayfair and the wider Tauranga area.

The house is modern, comfortable and has everything you’ll need during your stay. I provide towels, coffee and the usual household basics, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.

A little about me: I’m a 42-year-old single gay guy, born and raised in Raglan, New Zealand, and now very happily living back on the east coast and close to my family. I spent much of the past 15 years living and travelling overseas, and one of the things I’ve always loved most about travelling is meeting people from different places, swapping stories and having a few laughs.

Now that I have a spare room of my own, I’m really happy to open it up to travellers passing through this beautiful part of Aotearoa. I’m easy-going and sociable, but also very respectful of people having their own space and doing their own thing.

Whether you’re here to explore the Bay of Plenty, spend some time at the beach, or just need a comfortable place to land for a few days, you’re very welcome.
