A very spacious, two-level ground-floor apartment with high ceilings, designed in a calm and comfortable style. The apartment also includes a protected room (Mamad) on the ground level.

**6 bedrooms + an additional small sleeping area, with 7 beds in total.**

**Bedroom 1** Located on the ground floor. Features a soft and comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed, a coded door lock, Smart TV and work desk.

**Bedroom 2** Located on the ground floor. Features a firm but comfortable 140 × 190 cm bed. This room is also the apartment’s protected room (Mamad) and includes a Smart TV and work desk.

**Bedroom 3** Located on the lower level (-1). Features a coded door lock, Smart TV, work desk and a 120 × 190 cm bed with a soft, comfortable mattress that may also suit a couple. The room has a window opening onto an English courtyard and receives partial natural light during the day.

**Bedroom 4** Located on the lower level (-1). Features a coded door lock, Smart TV, work desk and a 140 × 190 cm bed with a soft mattress. The room has a window opening onto an English courtyard and receives partial natural light during the day.

**Bedroom 5** Located on the lower level (-1). Features a coded door lock, Smart TV, work desk and a 140 × 190 cm bed with a slightly firm and very comfortable mattress. An additional 120 × 190 cm spring-mattress bed can be added and may accommodate a couple. The room has a window opening onto an English courtyard and receives partial natural light during the day.

**Bedroom 6** Located on the lower level (-1). Features a coded door lock, Smart TV, work desk and a 140 × 190 cm bed with a firm and very comfortable mattress. The room has a window opening onto an English courtyard and receives minimal natural sunlight.

**Additional Sleeping Area** A small space between two walls, separated by a curtain, with a single mattress on the floor and a fan. There are no electrical outlets in this area. If you would like to use this sleeping space, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.

The apartment also includes Smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the living room. Guests can watch YouTube and log in to their own streaming services.

You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two courtyards, 3 toilets, 2 showers, fast Wi-Fi and special blackout curtains.

The entire apartment is available for your use, except for the storage areas located in the courtyards.
