Woolloomooloo is a vibrant harbourside neighbourhood perfectly positioned on the edge of Sydney CBD. The apartment is within walking distance of the Royal Botanic Garden, Art Gallery of New South Wales, The Domain and Sydney Opera House, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot. The surrounding waterfront precinct is home to a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés and traditional pubs, while nearby Potts Point and Darlinghurst offer even more dining, shopping and nightlife. With scenic harbour walks and many of Sydney’s most iconic attractions close by, Woolloomooloo combines a relaxed waterfront atmosphere with exceptional inner-city convenience. Getting around is easy from this central Woolloomooloo location. Regular bus services operate nearby, while Kings Cross Station is within walking distance, providing convenient train connections across Sydney. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
