What you’ll get: ✔ Private, lockable room on the upper floor (accessed by stairs). ✔ Space to work or study ✔ Open view of the living room and a terrace filled with plants ✔ Bedding [single bed, linens, fan/AC, wardrobe, and desk in the room]. ✔ Fully equipped kitchen downstairs: fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and everything you need to prepare your meals. ✔ Second kitchen / kitchenette on the terrace: additional counter and sink in case the small kitchen is in use. [Counter, sink, extra fridge] ✔ Terrace: with its own fridge, table and chairs, and plants. The perfect spot for a sunny breakfast, working outdoors, or winding down the day with a glass of wine.

Shared living room, great for coworking: bright, comfortable, with a work/dining table, a desk, fiber-optic internet, and a Smart TV with apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Plants everywhere and natural light streaming in through a glass roof.

Access: You’ll receive your own set of keys (front door + room). Come and go 24/7, on your own schedule. Free access to all common areas: kitchen, second kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and terrace (the host’s room remains locked).

Other things to keep in mind: This is a shared, lived-in home: the atmosphere is relaxed but with clear rules. We welcome tidy guests who respect others’ rest and leave common areas as they found them. A commitment to cleanliness is mandatory. The house undergoes a weekly cleaning of common areas, which must be kept in good condition.
