Casa Serena is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and allow them to rest. • Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You may smoke only in outdoor areas. • Parties and events are not permitted without prior authorization. • For safety reasons, only guests listed on the reservation may remain on the property. Any visitors must be approved in advance. • Please keep the volume of music and conversations at a moderate level, especially at night. • The pool and common areas are meant to be enjoyed freely, while taking care of the facilities and respecting the peace and quiet of those sharing the house. • When you leave, please turn off the air conditioning and the lights in your room. • We want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay. If you have any specific preferences regarding the use of common areas—for example, sunbathing or swimming nude—please discuss them with me beforehand. If the circumstances of your stay and coexistence with other guests allow it, we can arrange it naturally and respectfully. We want you to enjoy Casa Serena freely and comfortably.
