Hi dear visitors,

The apartment is very spacious, 120 sqm, featuring a large living room with an office desk a dining room and a painting studio, a fully equipped large kitchen, and two bathrooms. It has marble floors, a balcony facing the street, and your room’s private balcony at the back.

The apartment has three rooms in total. You will have your own private room and bathroom!

It is located in the best central area of Athens, Exarchia/Neapoli, near the central park of Pedion Areos and the famous Kallidromiou Street, known for its flea markets, beautiful cafes, and some of the best restaurants in town. Being central, it is also very close to the Smut gay club and conveniently situated between Kypseli, Monastiraki, and Syntagma.

Transportation is easy, with Victoria train station and Ambelokipi ( very easily accessed from the airport ) metro station nearby.

Rooms are equipped with ventilation, heaters and the apartment has air conditioning in the living room area.

It is an artistic apartment , with character, and not a typical bnb copy paste hotel.

I will be happy to get to know you and we can also arrange i take you to a walking tour to show you ancient Athens.

•no parties please •no drug consumption in the house •not inviting people •nudism is accepted as long as curtains or blinders are down so you are not visible from the opposite neighbors . the living room is exposed in full view to an advertising company opposite the building. so i need discretion:) •shoes stay only at the entrance :) •please use your own bathroom but urinate seated :) •please flash the paper IN the toilet. DON’T use the bin for toilet paper, unlike other households in Greece.
