S&K VILLAS are located just 150 meters to the popular beach of Kalamaki, an ideal beach for couples and families with young children. Kalamaki is situated approx. 5 km west from the beautiful old Venetian port of Chania. A short stroll from the villas you can find restaurants, supermarkets and cafes.

S&K VILLAS are two identical but independent villas, which can be rented separately or together to cater for large groups and families. Each of the S&K VILLAS contain four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sleeps eight ******** people. In addition, two ******** extra people can sleep on a full size sofa bed that opens up to two single beds (2 meters in length). The villas provide satellite TV in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a media room and a playroom for younger children. The villas have each a private pool and sea views from the top floor balcony.

The bus service in the area runs every 15-20 minutes and enables you to visit the historic and commercial center of the city of Chania right up to late at night.
