Hello! I'm Fernando and I have a spare, cozy room available for you in my duplex apartment! You'll be staying in one of the best, central, upscale and safe neighborhoods in Lima, San Isidro. You'll get a private bedroom with a large closet and drawers. A full HD 40" Tv with Netflix access and Cable TV, and a full private bathroom.

I currently live by myself in the apartment, and Percy, my boyfriend, stays with me a few days a week. We both love meeting people from all around! We're here for whatever you need to make a pleasant stay.

Nearby Attractions

San Isidro is one of the most upscale and safe neighborhoods in Lima, but it's also centrally located in the city, so pretty much evertyhing is nearby. Just a corner away from the apartment you'll find 2 de Mayo, an avenue filled with great restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away! They say it's all about location, and this one is great. It is why I personally chose to live in this area.

Need to use public transit? The apartment is located right by Javier Prado, one of the main avenues in Lima. Just 2 blocks away you will find the bus station that will take you to Miraflores or any other neighborhood you need to go.

Host recommendations

- Max 1 visitor at a time. They need to be registered in advance to be allowed into the building. You may host visitors only within your private space. - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. - Long term guests (1 week and up) are welcome to use the laundry room, will be allowed to wash and dry 1 load per week. Detergent is not included. - Long term reservations (2 weeks and up) will need housekeeping and linens change on a weekly basis at an extra charge of $12 per time. This is in both party's interest in maintaining a clean space. - If for any reason you need to shorten your stay after it's started, you're welcome to do so but I will not be able to issue any refunds as per the cancelation policy you agreed on. - Please help me in taking care of all things in the apartment and your room, especially the bed sheets and towels. Stained sheets or towels replacement costs will be deducted from the ******** if found after check out.

Fernandos penthouse suite in San Isidro was the ideal place for us to recuperate from high altitude sickness we were trying to shake off. From the heavenly bed to the dream shower everything was perfect. Fernando himself is very friendly, kind and flexible host who will go out of his way to make your stay very comfortable. Fernando is an excellent host, respectful, attentive to resolving any questions, very hospitable and friendly. He really made me feel very well and comfortable in his apartment. The decoration makes the stay even more pleasant, as does the location.

Fernando is a warm and friendly host, and that is gold. We were received like family, the room was clean, the apartment was beautiful. He did all he could to make us feel like home, and we did! We would love to stay with Fernando again and spend more time in his fabulous roof top.

The stay was very good, the place is very comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is in a very good location. The host offers a warm welcome and is attentive to everything the guest needs. Recommended!
