This modern designer apartment was recently finished a couple years ago. It is furnished with many of current interior design trends and a touch of the owners' personal taste. They like and enjoy this apartment so much that they now want to give travelers the chance to also enjoy their space on their own.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a spacious and functional kitchen, with all the supplies necessary to craft great meals. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with comfortable and contemporary couch and seats. While in the livingroom, you'll be able to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 70" 4K tv with every major streaming service included.
Come outside to enjoy the spacious terrace, complete with great skyline views to both sides and a great charcoal BBQ grill available to you (extra cleaning charges apply).
Ensure a great night's sleep in the spacious and comfortable bedroom, featuring a King-size bed, high quality linens and pillows, a 65" 4K Tv with all major streaming services, and a dedicated workspace with a leather studio chair. The full, ensuite bathroom features a great downpour shower that we're sure you're going to love.
You'll also find another half-bathroom next to the kitche, and laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer.
You'll have access to the entire apartment. You'll have access to 1 of the 2 parts of the closet, since the owners will keep personal belongings (non-visibly) in the other part, but rest assured you'll have enough closet space to use.
You'll also find a stocked bar and wine cabinet from the owner's collectiion. Every sealed bottle is for sale. You'll find price tags attached to each bottle. All charges will be made through the platform at the end of the reservation.
If you need a parking spot, please let us know in advance so we can reserve it for you.

San Isidro is one of the most upscale and safe neighborhoods in Lima, but it's also centrally located in the city, so pretty much evertyhing is nearby (Miraflores and the Historic Center especially). Just a corner away from the apartment you'll find 2 de Mayo, an avenue filled with great restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away!
Need to use public transit? The apartment is located right by Javier Prado, one of the main avenues in Lima. Just 2 blocks away you will find the bus station that will take you to Miraflores or any other neighborhood you need to go.

- No parties. No loud noises after 10pm
- Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
- If you'd like to use the grill, an additional cleaning charge of $20 will be applied as an extra service through ********. Please let us know if you'd like to use it.
- Any person visiting the property needs to be announced prior to their arrival so the host can register them at the reception. Unannounced visitors will not be given entrance for security reasons.
- Reservations that are longer than one week will require weekly cleaning of the apartment at an additional cost of $30 per week, this is in both of the parties' interest to keep the space well maintained. Guest will be able to ******** through Payoneer.
- If for any reason you need to shorten your stay after it's started, you're welcome to do so but we will not be able to issue any refunds as per the cancelation policy you agreed on.
- Please maintain adequate cleanliness of the space while using it. If upon check out there's more than reasonable cleaning necessary, an extra cleaning fee will be determined.
- Please take care of linens, towels and property in general. Unwashable stains on linens, towels or furniture will result in replacement at the guest's expense.
