*IMPORTANT: Please note that access to this flat is through stairs. The building elevator will take you to the 15th floor and you will have to climb an additional floor via stairs to access the apartment.

This modern designer apartment was recently finished a couple years ago. It is furnished with many of current interior design trends and a touch of the owners' personal taste. They like and enjoy this apartment so much that they now want to give travelers the chance to also enjoy their space on their own.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a spacious and functional kitchen, with all the supplies necessary to craft great meals. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with comfortable and contemporary couch and seats. While in the livingroom, you'll be able to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 70" 4K tv with every major streaming service included.

Come outside to enjoy the spacious terrace, complete with great skyline views to both sides and a great charcoal BBQ grill available to you (extra cleaning charges apply).

Ensure a great night's sleep in the spacious and comfortable bedroom, featuring a King-size bed, high quality linens and pillows, a 65" 4K Tv with all major streaming services, and a dedicated workspace with a leather studio chair. The full, ensuite bathroom features a great downpour shower that we're sure you're going to love.

You'll also find another half-bathroom next to the kitche, and laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer.

You'll have access to the entire apartment. You'll have access to 1 of the 2 parts of the closet, since the owners will keep personal belongings (non-visibly) in the other part, but rest assured you'll have enough closet space to use.

You'll also find a stocked bar and wine cabinet from the owner's collectiion. Every sealed bottle is for sale. You'll find price tags attached to each bottle. All charges will be made through the platform at the end of the reservation.
