This spacious 200 sqm. apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) that accomodate up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a spacious and lovely living room and dining room!
It's the ideal place for groups or families looking for a peaceful stay. The property is located just accross a beautiful park and very close to "El Pentagonito" area where you can enjoy great walks or jogging sessions.
The apartment is distributed as follows:
⩥ Self check-in with smartlock
⩥ 1 Master Bedroom - King size bed, walking closet, ensuite bathroom and 55" Smart Tv
⩥ 1 Double Room - Full size bed, closet, ensuite bathroom and 50" Smart Tv
⩥ 1 Twin Room - 2 twin size beds, closet, ensuite bathroom and 50" Smart Tv
⩥ Living and work space with a desk and a chair
⩥ Full size and fully equipped kitchen
⩥ Laundry room with washer/dryer and clothes rack
⩥ Dining room that sits 7
⩥ Livingroom with spacious sofa
⩥ Balcony
⩥ Parking space for up to 2 cars
All the TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime Access and Cable
There's 100MB Wifi throughout the entire apartment
Things to note:
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, only up to 4 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 2 or 6 people staying). Visitors must be announced before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
There are 2 security cameras inside the property, none of them inside private spaces. One is directed at the apartment door and the other one oversees the living and dining room area. This is solely for security purposes and you can rest assured that you will not be spied on.
For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $55USD per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately through ******** for your convenience.
For reasons beyond our control, the neighborhood falls outside the coverage area of phone company Entel, which means that there's no phone/data coverage inside the building. Other phone companies work regularly.
Please make sure you have read all the house rules, as per Misterb&b rules you will be acknowledging and accepting them once you have booked your stay :)

⩥ Let’s keep the place safe! Gatherings and parties are not allowed, no loud noises after 10pm.
⩥ Any person visiting the property needs to be announced prior to their arrival so the host can register them at the reception. Unannounced visitors will not be given entrance for security reasons.
⩥ Reservations that are longer than 2 weeks and up will require weekly cleaning of the apartment at an additional cost of $55USD per week, this is in both parties’ interest to keep the space well maintained. Payment will be made directly through ******** as an additional service.
⩥ Please maintain adequate cleanliness of the space while using it. If upon check out there's more than reasonable cleaning necessary, an extra cleaning fee will be determined.
⩥ Please take care of linens, towels and property in general. Unwashable stains on linens, towels or furniture will result in replacement at the guest's expense.
⩥ Take care of the exterior keys left for your use and the garage remote control if you bring a car. Lost keys will have a $15 replacement fee, and lost garage remote a $30 replacement fee.
⩥ If for any reason you need to shorten your stay after it's started, you're welcome to do so but we will not be able to issue any refunds as per the cancelation policy you agreed on.
