Welcome to your temporary home! This spacious 200 sqm. apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) that accomodate up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a spacious and lovely living room and dining room!

It's the ideal place for groups or families looking for a peaceful stay. The property is located just accross a beautiful park and very close to "El Pentagonito" area where you can enjoy great walks or jogging sessions.

The apartment is distributed as follows:

All the TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime Access and Cable There's 100MB Wifi throughout the entire apartment

Things to note:

The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, only up to 4 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 2 or 6 people staying). Visitors must be announced before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

There are 2 security cameras inside the property, none of them inside private spaces. One is directed at the apartment door and the other one oversees the living and dining room area. This is solely for security purposes and you can rest assured that you will not be spied on.

For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $55USD per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately through ******** for your convenience.

For reasons beyond our control, the neighborhood falls outside the coverage area of phone company Entel, which means that there's no phone/data coverage inside the building. Other phone companies work regularly.
