Spare bed room. The house is newer. It's very nice. There is also a in ground pool. There are 2 dogs. They are small and extremely friendly. No kids. There is also a dart board, closet space, fire place, and a 1/2 bath all down stairs. It's really only used when company comes over. We are in a very nice location. Less than a mile away from I75, accessible to the restaurants, shopping, ECT.
