An exquisite home located ideally in Coconut Creek, South Florida! This modern property was recently refurnished with new laminate floors as well as with a new memory foam mattress that will make your stay an unforgettable one.

The space

Our house is cozy, characterized by modern décor and wonderful attention to detail. Guests can expect a clean home space while making use of a private bedroom and bathroom.

The bedroom represents the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking through the South Florida as its furnished with a comfy Queen Size bed, flat smart TV, armchair, bedside table and a spacious wardrobe.

Our modern kitchen is fully equipped, and our guests may use the Keurig Coffee Machine as well as the fridge. Moreover, you will find all the appliances and equipment you will need, such as, cups and glasses in sufficient quantity. Otherwise the kitchen is not available for cooking.

The front room downstairs has sofas you may use as well as a dining table to eat at (please no messy foods in the rooms, no one wants insects).

In the kitchen there is a Keurig Machine available for you to use. You may also store items in the refrigerator. Otherwise the kitchen is not available for cooking.

Starbucks and a Texas Roadhouse are across the street. Close to restaurants and a two minute drive to the beautiful outdoor shops of the Promenade. 15 minute drive to Deerfield Beach.

The free Coconut Creek shuttle stops near our house.

The location of the house is perfect for those who want to find out what South Florida has to offer in terms of important landmarks and popular places. The house has easy access to major highways so you will be easily able to get around the area.

The place is at a walking distance from a miscellaneous number of restaurants, shopping centers of Promenade, Coconut Creek Casino and just 15 minutes’ drive away from Deerfield Beach! Additionally, Starbucks is located across the street!

The Gay district for South Florida, Wilton Manors, is about a 20 minute drive. We would be glad to help you with any suggestions for things to do in the area.

The location of this place is superb; adequate parking, nearby restaurants and coffee houses and close proximity to the highway systems. The room was spacious and comfortable and Andrew and Omar were very accommodating.
