Charming 3 bed, 2 bath home with very large deck on quiet natural creek with private fishing dock. The house is very conveniently located near everything, comfortable, with everything you would need for a memorable Florida vacation.

Space The house is on Rocky Creek, a natural tidal estuary, which teems with life. Rays, manatees and the occasional porpoise as well as tons of different birds can be seen from your 1000 sq ft deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the deck and creek with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a full hall bath one has a queen sized bed and the other 2 twin beds. Guest access The fishing dock is private and you have 2 kayaks to explore the creek. The yard is fenced. There is a gas grill for your use. Guest interaction We live in the house next door. So are really close by if you need anything. But the house is entirely private and is yours for the duration of your stay. If you want to wave to us when you and I are both on our docks enjoying a cocktail at twilight, that would be lovely but optional. Neighborhood overview The house is within a half hour of just about everything - downtown, beaches, Busch Gardens, Bucs Stadium, shopping, tons of restaurants, clubs, etc. But the location of the house on this beautiful natural creek which leads directly to Tampa Bay makes you forget that you are near anything. Getting around You will need a car to get around in Central Florida. But there is a large shopping intersection within walking distance - 4 blocks from the house - with banks, Coffee shops, restaurants, drugstores and a big clean Publix supermarket. Other things to note Pricing: for stays under 7 days duration your price will be the lower of the per diem price or the weekly rate. When you inquire we will make you a special offer if the nightly rate is higher than the weekly rate of the lower rate. The house has wi-fi and 2 flat panel TV's with full DirectTv and DVD players. The house comes complete with all appliances, dishwater, linens, gas grill with extra can of gas, washer/dryer, beach towels and toys - pretty much everything you would need. You will need to fill out our lease upon arrival and provide a major credit card number which we use in lieu of a ********.
