I Bedroom Guest Suite with Queen-size Bed and Private Bath with Tub/Shower combo...private door closes off for your privacy, just off the foyer. NO SMOKING nor any pets permitted! Feel comfortable to share and enjoy the balance of our Condo which includes casual eat-in kitchen, completely equipped Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room of our second floor (both stairs and elevator accessible), which overlooks Large Lanai, and a beautiful vista of small lake and community Pool and Hot Tub. Complimentary Parking right outside condo. Complimentary Continental Breakfast extended to our Guest each morning between 8 am and 10 am upon REQUEST the day before! Check-In 4pm/Check-Out 11am.

We absolutely loved staying with Jon and Les -- the Ritz has nothing on them! Friendly, warm, welcoming, they were the best! Will def be staying with them again in the future.

Everything was perfect, I couldn't have asked for anything to be improved on. Had to be in town for a work training. Thank you for making a stressful week of training a lot easier with your wonderful hospitality.

My hosts, Jon and Les, were social, warm and accommodating, anticipated any needs I might have and were happy to help. The suite was private, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. And being right off 75 was convenient for my schedule. I would highly recommend this listing.
