Jomtien Beach Condominiums is a very popular and well maintained Condominium Complex in Jomtien between Soi 10 and Soi 11. This is a quieter beach area in Pattaya Jomtien. Great for walks on the beach or for relaxing on a beach chair. Drinks and food can be purchased from beach vendors. This is a large complex with 5 buildings, 2 very nice and large swimming pools and the larger of the 2 pools has a restaurant. There are 2 fitness centers and a table tennis room.
All facilities at Jomtien Beach Condominium are free to you and included in rental price. The maintenance and security crew are very efficient and friendly. There are also free bicycles within the complex which can be used by residents and visitors. Jomtien Beach Condominium has approximately 20 shops including restaurants, mini marts, internet cafes, laundry services, massage parlors and bars. The entrance of the condominium is on Jomtien beach road approx. 200 meters to Beach and building has its own Wi-Fi system at a cost of 400 Baht per month for unlimited use which you can use in room. Internet cafes are on grounds as well.
