The Algaida- Casa Ronaldo 3.0 apartment is located in Calahonda. The two-bedroom apartment is completely new and remodeled (finished February 2018) and equipped with new high quality furniture. The secured residential complex "Algaida" is very centrally located directly on the sea and has plenty of outdoor parking, several pools with loungers, children's playground and a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has about 65 square meters, divided into two bedrooms, one of which is a larger bedroom (with 80cm flat screen TV) and a smaller bedroom with French beds. A state-of-the-art bathroom has an accessible shower, toilet and sink. A very bright and large living and dining room completely in the colors white and turquoise, with large 164 cm flat screen TV and German or international TV channels. The living and dining room is furnished with two high quality mother of pearl sofas and a dining island with white leather armchairs and floor lighting. A small business corner offers Wi-Fi via high-speed Fibra Optica. All rooms have USB sockets. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras, such as a large fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc. The apartment has two hot-cold air conditioners. The complete lighting in the apartment is dimmable for a perfect atmosphere!

Before the gated community meanders the beautiful coastal walkway Senda Litoral de Mijas, which was completed in 2014. The access to the secured condominium is directly from the A7. In just a few minutes walk to the shopping arcades Los Jarales, with a large supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, newspaper and tobacco shop, banks, etc. One has a direct secure access to the beach of Calahonda the Royal Beach , Here you will find some nice beach bars and beach bars, such as the Chiringuito "Royal Beach Pirat" or the Spanish beach restaurant "Mi Capricho", which are open until late in the evening. In Calahonda, cheap buses run every half hour to the center of Marbella or Fuengirola, where the nightlife really starts.
