Hey! I'm looking for a roommate and this seemed more suitable than stranger hunting on Craigslist.

The House: 1907 victorian 2 bedroom house, with makeshift guest bedroom. The second bedroom (the room for rent) is the larger of the two with closet, dresser (optional), full size bed (optional) and 3 large windows. Common areas include the kitchen, living room (With full grand piano,) dining room, sun room, yard (with hot tub) and off street parking. (See pictures!)

Me: My name is Gabe- I've lived in the house for 3 years, and work nearby in Congers as a product developer for industrial food manufacturing. Befittingly, I love to cook, and love to share my cooking. My dog Onslow is about 50 lbs and a great roommate (We seem to be past eating the furniture and pillows phase, thank goodness,) and his walker comes 5 days a week around noon to take him out.
