Rental is located at the end of a path inside a rice field of solitude. With nothing but nature in sight, it’s an ideal place to think, listen and change your pace. Retreat from reality altogether or stay connected by checking your emails on our outdoor patio while butterflies and dragonflies buzz by. Cool off in our pool or just catch a few rays. Explore the garden where we have pineapple, avocado, mango, papaya, cucumber, basil and sunflowers growing throughout the property.

Guests have a separate, private entrance into the studio with en suite bathroom and queen size bed. Guest quarters feature 2-small gardens, private out-door shower, western toilet and bidet.

Daily cleaning service and thick, soft bath and pool towels are provided. (Let us make your bed - you're on holiday!)

Our new queen size bed measures 160 cm x 200 cm with soft, fluffy pillows and fresh cotton sheets. Sliding doors open into a small sitting garden with night lighting. We created the studio/apt room with lots of natural light and air. It’s the perfect place to relax and dream.

The spacious en suite bathroom features a large skylight and decorative reproductions of Indonesian sculptures. There’s even an actual window from a Javanese Joglo. The large outdoor shower features modern fixtures including an oversized rain shower showerhead with hot and cold water.

Shared modern western kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare anything you desire. You can utilize the convection bake oven, 4-burner stove and full refrigerator or relax and allow us to cook for you. The living room and dining room have floor to ceiling glass doors and windows that all open to the pool and stunning views. Savor an amazing meal on the patio under an umbrella while you take in the view. Let us know if you like Wayan to make you coffee and breakfast. Just supply us with what you like or we can shop before your arrival.

The Villa is just a scenic 8-minute ride to center of Ubud. If you want to go exploring on your own we have motorbikes available to rent. Our staff will take care of all the arrangements and give you a free ride on our bike into town so you know the way home. Please plan to take advantage of this between 8:30 and 10 am so you can make the most of your day.

If you prefer, you can hire the villa’s car with driver. (Pricing is flexible depending on your needs). We can help guide you to the best spa, the most-affordable (and luxurious) massage, meals with a view and non-tourist attractions. Your host has been in Bali for over 14 years so he knows where all the secret spots are that have yet to be discovered by tourists.

He is a textile and garment designer and he can also guide you to batik workshops, organic textile manufacturers, textile markets, wholesale fabrics and silk painters.

In addition, he can help you plan a day of touring to the mountains or a day snorkeling.

At the end of your day the restful sound of the waterfalls in the koi pond will soothe you upon your return.
