The Reveal
These 2 completely identical apartments are on the 1st and 2nd upper floor, in a very beautiful historic smart building House, located in the Heart of the City Center and Gay Area.
The apartment in a historic build has a combined living and sleeping area decorated in nice colors.
The Facilities in everyone of the both identical suits are:
A double bed of 180 x 200 cm with 2 separated bedlinen and blankets.
[When you need i can bring a an extra Guest-Bed for a 3rd Person, of course with a charge (29 € per night) ]
A Flat TV, a Closet with an iron, iron board, and a mini-sewing case :-).
A full kitchen, which includes an induction stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, water cooker and a coffee machine etc ... Coffee , tee , coffee milk, sugar are free. Washing machine with a dryer function.
A quiet balcony, with plants.
A daylight bathroom with enough big and small towels, hairdryer, shampoos etc...
Last but not least, free WiFi.

The building is located in the Heart of Cologne’s Old Town and Gay Area, 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Cologne Cathedral.
There is a wide choice of shopping and dining opportunities within 100 metres. Guests can walk to U-Bahn Station Heumarkt in 10 minutes and the banks of the Rhein River are 300 metres from Apartment Köln-Altstadt Hohe Str. Cologne Airport is reachable within a 15-minute drive and only 7 minutes’ from Cologne Deutz Messe Exhibition Centre.

Gaylife: Within a few Meters you'll find bars and clubs, museums, sight seeing.
About 11 minutes walking to the Central Staiton. Nearest public transport are Tram-Lines: 1 & 7 & 9 (at Heumarkt) . There are many park places in the closed parking garage, for 15 € per day, the studio.

The apartment from Nasser is great, beautiful and cosy. Like it says in the listing. We have a wonderful stay at Nasser's place. It's very well located, and very close to the historic town. The place has a lot of light, it's cosy, very clean and very charming. Nasser is very nice and the communication with him was very good and easy. He gave us some advice for the city and for some places to go out and eat. I recommend Nasser and his nice place. Pascal & Olivier

Thank you for staying me in your comfortable apartment. Middle in the city centre which i have found great. Nasser has welcomed me and has informed me many things about beautiful Cologne. My long weekend in Cologne was a success.

Great place in an amazing location. I was traveling solo, but the bed would have been great for a couple, I also noted another fold down bed. The apartment was neat and I appreciated there was a kitchen with enough utensils to make a simple meal with. Would 100% stay again.

We enjoyed a great stay at Nasser's apartment centrally located in Cologne. Although Nasser didn't check us into the apartment himself he was very attentive and made time to meet us later during our stay to give us some local tips and ensure we were entirely happy with the accommodation. We would highly recommend!

I found the flat to be bright, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. Nasser was a thorough host, explaining every amenity in detail when I arrived, and was helpful in making suggestions on the map for various attractions and practical spots like the grocery store. I was able to make use of the kitchen, washing machine and sunny back patio, which were all pluses. The location is in the gay neighborhood that's closest to the Cathedral, waterfront and main tourist venues. I recommend it highly!
