I am happy to welcome you in our bright & spacious one-bedroom apartment with large roof terrace above the roofs of Vettweiß in the Rur-Eifel region.
The light-flooded apartment consists of a 44sqm living-bedroom, a spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and a 40sqm roof terrace. The apartment is accessible through its own house entrance and is located on the 2nd floor (attic - without slopes).
For up to 4 adults, there is a 1.25m wide and 1.9m long sofa bed in addition to the 1.40m wide bed. A baby crib and another mattress are also available on request.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-zone stove, an oven, toaster, coffee maker (Bosch Tassimo), kettle and a small refrigerator. For the first coffee and tea addictions are taken care of!
A large desk with 2 monitors (27 and 24 inches), docking station, wireless keyboard + mouse and a comfortable desk chair with headrest are ready to work.
We also provide W-Lan/WiFi, bed linen and towels as well as washing machine and dryer and all other comforts.
Car parking spaces are available for free use directly in front of the house.
Not far from the apartment are all stores for daily needs, such as an Aldi, Rewe, bakeries, drugstore, clothing stores, hair salon, snack bar and more.
By car you can reach the A1, A61 and A4 freeways in less than 15 minutes.
In the near vicinity are: Düren 15km, Euskirchen 18km, Aachen 55km, Cologne 53km, Bonn 54km & Düsseldorf 80km.
