This is a private bedroom with its own bathroom in four storey town house. We are located in midtown Houston, only minutes walk from downtown. The room has a full size bed, cable TV & high speed wifi, a small fridge and a kettle.
We are centrally located in midtown Houston, only minutes walk to downtown and the gay area in Houston.
Our house is in a very quiet area, but only minutes walk from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other retails.
The bus stop and tram stop is in a walking distance.
We can wash & dry your clothes for a small fee

There are generally plenty of parking spaces on the street, right out the front of the house.

Beautiful clean and private room with a bathroom in a safe neighborhood that's close the the gay district and downtown. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with information and respected my privacy

Fantastic location! The room was spacious, spotless, and they provided all the amenities you'd need. Pete and Rich were the ultimate hosts, attentive, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable experience.

A great stay, the room was comfy and the location is great! It was an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, and the Montrose bar scene. I'll book it again next time I'm in town!

Well located place. The room is on the ground floor, giving the guest complete freedom. Although I didn't see the host, when I needed him he responded my message promptly. It was my first experience in this type of accommodation and I really liked it.

Everything about the places was nice. The lower floor room felt like I had my own private entrance. The touchpad door lock was a tricky at times but that pretty much it. Parking was a little tricky, but understandable cuz of the location (centralize perfect location to so many things in the neighborhood and city overall)

What a great place to stay. Tucked in a quite neighborhood with ample permit only parking which is waiting for you once you walk in. Pete was an awesome communicator. An email/question never went unanswered within the hour or much less. You do have the whole floor which was nice for easy in and out with privacy. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
