I stay in one of the rooms in the house. I can be a chatty local, sharing w u places of interest and whr to find yummy Penang cuisine or I can keep to myself if you prefer to be left alone ^^ Let me know how I can be a better host ^^
Georgetown, Gurney Drive & Straits Quay are just around the corner. Tonnes of yummy street food nearby. Tesco Supermarket is a stone throw away. Idyllic Batu Ferringhi beaches are also not too far off. Ideal location to all attractions ^^

1. High speed fiber optics wireless WiFi is available. Password is written on a note in the chest of drawers. 2. Parking lots on level 8 (visitor lots). Press level 7 in e lift when retrieving your cars. 3. Turn off aircon/fan/lights/water heater/TV after use. 4. No smoking in the house. 5. Microwave/fridge free to use. DO NOT switch off the power to the fridge/microwave (switch is on the wall beside the fridge). No cooking (over the stove) allowed. 6. Cups/plates/spoons etc are in the kitchen cabinets. You may help yourselves to them. Kindly wash your own dishes after use. 7. We will boil water daily. Guests can top up their fresh water from wet kitchen. 8. Kindly lower the volume of the TV/conversation after midnight since there might be other guests in the house. Thank you for being considerate!! 9. Close windows in bedrooms & living room when leaving the house. Close sliding door too. Lock the door & gate. 10. Shoes are to be kept in the shoe cabinet or outside the gate. No shoes allowed in the house. 11. The water pressure is VERY HIGH. Be careful when using the bathroom bidet tap. DO NOT turn on fully. Shut fully and RELEASE PRESSURE AFT USE. 12. Robotic vacuum programmed to work at 0930am. May hit glass door/bedroom door. Do not be alarmed. 13. The living room, dining, kitchen, garden are shared spaces. All other rooms (that you are not staying in) are out of bounds. 14. No visitors allowed. 15. No consumption of food in the bedrooms. Thk u for keeping the bedroom clean!! 16. Please observe check in and check out timings. Check in - 1500hr (3pm), Check out - 1200hr (12pm). Kindly seek approval from us should you need to check in early or check out late.

It was an amazing experience. The modern decor and attention to detail throughout the space were impressive. The amenities were well-appointed and made me feel right at home. The location was convenient for exploring the city. However, the host was the standout feature. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The experience felt like staying at a luxury boutique hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang.

Joe is a Singaporean. Hence, the meticulous attention to details and process is impeccable. From arrival to departure, he has a step-by-step images+instruction guide. You can't miss it. Wilson is friendly and charming, very attentive in conversations. This cute couple is what every gay aspires to be!

Really enjoyed my stay with Joe and his partner. They are warm, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I felt relaxed and at home in the lovely apartment, which was comfortable and as described. Great recommendations on where to eat. It is only a short taxi ride to Georgetown and other sites on the island. I would definitely stay with them again and recommend them to other travellers.
