5 kilometers from Saint-Malo and 2 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of St Coulomb I rent a large room in my attic (on the 2nd and top floor of my house) with a private bathroom equipped with toilet, shower and sink. This room also has a small sleeping area with a single bed. Reservations can be made for up to 3 people. My stone house is located in ST COULOMB, a small village renowned for its magnificent beaches, 2 - 3 kilometers from the village. St Malo and Cancale are 5 kilometers away. There's a bus service (no. 5) from St Malo SNCF station to the village of St Coulomb. There are many walks along the coast. 2 naturist beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car (Plage des Chevrets at La Guimorais and Plage du Verger at l'anse du Verger in Cancale), and at the end of the beach there are some naughty rocks... great places for boys to meet... Only breakfasts are included in the room rental price; this is not a gîte, and there is no kitchen in the chambre-grenier.

Breakfast can be taken in the bedroom or in the kitchen, or on the terrace or in the garden, depending on the weather. I recommend tea, coffee or chocolate milk with bread, butter and jam, and sometimes cake or pancakes... Other meals are at the traveler's expense, and can sometimes be taken at home. I leave a shelf free in my fridge; the microwave can be used to heat up a dish.
On request, I can provide a meal with a full galette (ham, egg and cheese), salad and crêpes for dessert, cider, a typical meal for 15€ per person.
Pets not allowed; no parties without my permission, but we can discuss it! Smoking is allowed in the garden.
