Beautiful, cozy 2 bedroom suite {"Hawaii" and "Bahama" rooms within the house that are blocked-off from all other interior rooms} has a full bath & a PRIVATE exterior entrance to the HEATED {November to May; $25 per night discount if heating is not required} swimming pool, DELUXE hot tub, tiki garden, lanai, patio, screened porch, & driveway. The suite sleeps 4 {twins can be combined by guest to make king; conversion bedding provided} & provides luxurious down/feather pillows.

Spaces include 3 flat-screen satellite televisions {one is a 40" Smart TV and one is a 32" Roku TV} with remotes. Additionally, enjoy free "Superfast" 800 Mbps WiFi throughout the property, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker/coffee/supplies, Sound Spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper, alarm clocks, hair dryer, iron/board, remote-controlled ceiling fans, luggage racks, extra linens/pillows, abundant towels, tote bags, coolers, beach chairs, & more. {If you do not see a particular amenity posted here or within the listing, it is safe to assume that it is not available at this property, so please plan accordingly}. Both the pool & hot tub have fun LED color-changing lights.* The pool and hot tub are for your private use only ~ NO "community" sharing with strangers! The attached main house {which, of course, includes the kitchen and laundry room} will be locked/inaccessible so anyone inside it will also have complete privacy and security. Please understand that this property is NOT an efficiency apartment. Therefore, if you want to cook during your vacation, you will need to book the entire house {details below} or book a different property.

The large swimming pool is set at a very comfortable 88 degrees, not in the low-to-mid 80's like most others ~ always ask before renting or your kids may refuse to get in the water! *The hot tub also sports numerous therapeutic jet cycles, an actual waterfall, and cushioned headrests. Fun flotation devices, rafts {with electric pumps if needed}, water toys, padded lounge chairs, reclining beach chairs, beach mats, and beach towels are all provided. The screened porch, patio, and lanai offer a bar area with stool, television, rattan furniture, and various sitting areas.

This is a partially fenced property on a private dead-end street with minimal traffic. Only the North side of the street, where this home is located, has NO condominiums behind it with various windows overlooking the pool area. This feature provides us a huge advantage over other nearby rental houses.
