Pascal was always there to respond when I had a question. He was knowledgeable of Perpignan and shared with me info on all the gay life in Perpignan. The location was convient as it was in downtown which was nice. It's up a quick flight of stairs but a cute studio that does the job when you need lodging for a little get away in Perpignan. Tv, stove, micro, WiFi, hot water, all the works. I would stay again.

Studio very well located. Be aware there is no elevator and the bedroom window overlooks a somewhat noisy street at night. It would be missing some basic kitchen tools and a shower curtain. Despite these remarks, very good value for money. Pascal was very welcoming and present just as it should be.
