It is air-conditioned, has a large balcony where one enjoys a clear view on the Canigou and is arranged with taste. The separate kitchen is new, the bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Close to shops (Leclerc a stone's throw away), it is the ideal point to get to the city center, to the university, and offers direct access to the beaches of the region
