For security purposes you are required to show your passport a copy will be retained by management for the duration of your stay and may be disclosed to appropriate authorities such as law enforcement. You will be required to sign a copy of the visitors terms and conditions. The property is a non smoking area and you are requested not to smoke anywhere inside the building or the apartment, violation of this rule may result in you being asked to vacate the property with the loss of any remaining rental fees. Any damage to the property will be charged against your account. The unit is for the use of the individual(s) named on the booking form, overnight stays by anyone else are only permitted by prior approval. The unit is for the use of the number of people (Adults, Children, Infants) entered on the booking form. If more guests arrive than booked additional charges will apply or you may be refused entry. We reserve the right to enter the unit for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose. We reserve the right to require a person(s) already admitted to leave the property, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion. On check out please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to your departure so that we can check the apartment. Please check that you have taken all your belongings with you on departure as we take no responsibility for items reported missing after departure.
