Our Modern luxurious apartment has 1 bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), a living room( that doubles up as 2nd bedroom) with en-suite bathroom, a fully functional kitchenette with all appliances and a cozy balcony overlooking the greens.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed for a good night sleep. Your belongings can be safely kept in the wardrobe.
Living room has modern furniture incl 3 seater sofa cum bed, a love chair, 2 accent chairs, loads of books to read, an entertainment unit and assorted art from all our travels around the world. We also have a small dining table that can double up as a bar. The kitchenette has all appliances, Crockery, glassware, pots and pans that one may need.
The apartment complex has a swimming pool, gym and a parking spot for cars or 2 wheelers. This could be used by the guest.

Before arrival we require a copy of your government approved ID card.
Foreign nationals must provide a copy of passport and visa. The same will have to be registered with local police station. This is as per tourism laws of Goa.
All common areas including pool & gym are accessible to guests.
Kindly refrain from smoking in the house. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
Please follow pool regulations.
We have done up the apartment with all our hearts so please enjoy it, use it but don't abuse it.
#Enjoy your stay but respect neighbours.
#Clean your spills as we don't provide daily cleaning service. Cleaning only at end of stay.
#Garbage disposal rules to be followed.
#We dont provide towels. Pls carry your own.
#We can provide a cleaning person who can be paid by the guest directly.
#No commercial activity allowed from apartment
