I stayed for 2 or 3 nights at Leopold. Check in went very good. I enjoyed my stay very much and Leopold is a great person to talk to and social & relaxed. The area is very quiet and free parking in front of the house. Note you sleep on a mattrass on the floor as mentioned on the picture and there are light curtains (so bring a eye mask if you are light sensitive). I had an eye mask and I slept very good.

Leopold is a very welcoming host and we had some nice conversations over tea and coffee. While the location is not very central, it is easy to reach by tram. His place is warm and cozy and I slept really well.
