Everything was fine. Easy and fast communication. No problem during my staying. The local is very good situated and it is very close to anywhere in Venice. I do recommend.

Great apartment in a wonderful location. Francesco and Nicola were a pleasure to deal with and provided a complete apartment. This unit was on the first floor with a small flight of stairs leading from the ground floor. It was easy to walk up compared to other apartments we have rented in Venice. There was a market within a 3-5 minute walk, as well as good restaurants. San Marco and the Rialto Bridge were an easy 15 minute walk with many wonderful shops on the way. We will stay here on our next visit to Venice.
