Private Cottage located in the Foothills of North Carolina, between Charlotte and Asheville. Just 15 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center TIEC, 2 minutes from the **********k Data Center, 8 minutes from restaurants and shopping, across the street from the Squirrel Nest Farm - a horse boarding stable. Our humble home is across the driveway and we can respond quickly if there is a need. Your privacy is of utmost importance, so we'll keep a low profile. Of course, we'd love to meet you and have some conversation if you'd like.

The cottage is situated on 15 acres of forest land. The Biltmore House, downtown Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway are 60 minutes. Downtown Charlotte is 80 minutes in opposite directions. Lake Lure and Chimney Rock are 40 minutes away.

Jason and Hogan are wonderful hosts, you couldn't ask for better friendship and conversation. The cottage is well secluded but the host's are next door should you need anything. Jason made an effort to host for doughnuts and coffee for breakfast which was not necessary but appreciated. Dogs, goats and a cat will welcome you to the "farm" with open arms as well. Wish everyone in the world could learn from these wonderful people!
