1930’s Art Deco building in the heart of Roma district. Walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants and night life. The subway and metro bus are half a block away. You will share the apartment with me. It’s a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment on the second floor looking out Insurgentes street, a pretty busy street that can be noisy during the day. We have a nice balcony that over looks a small park.

I’m an art director/interior designer so the apartment has a lot to look at! I'm always looking for ways to make the space feel welcoming and cozy for my guests.

Your room has a TV, fan and Nespresso machine. You are welcome to use the kitchen if needed.

Nearby Attractions

Roma is a very popular neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Insurgentes street where the building is located is a very busy street that takes you pretty much anywhere in the city. The metro bus and underground subway are 1/2 a block away. Roma and Condesa districts are ver gay friendly so its a fun area to go out! Toms leather bar is like 10 min walk ;) Note the room for rent over looks a busy street and there are two air conditioning machines in the balcony that are constantly on so you can hear them running. They can't be turned off because they belong to the restaurant underneath.

Agustín is quite a plastic artist who has been able to give a unique personality to the space he lives in and shares with guests. His kindness and willingness are unmatched. He has the knowledge to guide guests with local gastronomic suggestions. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the building is a genuine art deco, but it's not for someone seeking absolute silence and darkness. It's a room in a major city and a spectacular neighborhood on one of the main avenues. I will definitely stay there again on my next business trips.
