This walk-up adult only, 502 square ft nonsmoking/vaping apartment looks mild on the outside but is well appointed and comfortable on the inside. Comfortable and contemporary styling await in this fully stocked one bedroom one bath self-catering apartment. The unit has a full-sized kitchen with stove, fridge microwave and pots and pans. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, glassware and cookware are available if you feel like cooking. New carpet Jan 2020, and new 150 sq ft deck in 2019.I also offer complementary hi-speed WI-FI, Smart TV with antenna channels, toaster oven, extra towels sheets and parking. A pet fee of $50.00 applies to all stays up to 1 week. No multiple pets.

This contemporary , comfortable , adults only 502 square foot urban apartment provides you a comfortable well appointed space with plenty of in house amenities for the discerning traveler. We are located in the Murray/Hill Riverside area of Jacksonville with access to both Interstates 95 and 10 within 5 minutes of the unit. We are in an urban core neighborhood close to many bars, clubs and restaurants and also very close to the downtown sporting venues, stadium and downtown concert and convention venues. The gay bars Metro, Park Place and the Bootrack are all within a 1/2 mile! The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, nicely stocked honor bar , espresso maker and many upscale amenities. New 120 Sq ft deck added in 2018 along with IKEA station in kitchen and new 42 inch flatscreen TV in the living room . One pet is accepted with a $50.00 non refundable pet fee up to one week!

We are located in an urban core neighborhood close to many of the better bars. clubs and restaurants and with a few miles drive to downtown, sporting venues and concert venues. We are within 5 minutes drive to Interstate 10 and Interstate 95. There are over 100 restaurants within 2 miles of this location even though it doesn't appear there is anything close by. Park Place lounge is located only a half mile away and we are in vibrant Murray Hill, which is adjacent to the dining district Riverside.

My unit is a non smoking and non vaping apartment. It is in a gay friendly part of town but not meant to be a party spot. Guests of course are welcome and parking is permitted in the driveway or street on a first come first serve basis. After 10 PM noise should be kept to a minimum.

Daiv was super communicative! Location exactly as described. He gave great suggestions on where to go for lunch/dinner and spots for sightseeing. Definitely recommend ordering pizza from Moonside river pizza!

I had an early appointment at the Mayo Clinic. This adorable little suite was more than a guy could ask for. Attention to detail was amazing from the spices to the expresso machine. Nothing was forgotten! I had a special treat and a welcome card left for me with instructions to call if I needed anything at all! My only regret is I didn't stay all week! Thanks again this was a A+ and I will be back!

Daiv was a most accommodating and friendly host. Communication was excellent and he met us at the unit to explain entry and show us all the amenities and how everything worked. He had lots of neat, unexpected extras. We felt very much at home. The apartment was very clean and everything we could want were laid out already ... serving plates, etc. already set up on the kitchen table, lots of extra condiments, kitchen appliances and so forth. The furniture including the bed were all great and comfortable. Daiv gave us some suggestions for things to do in the area. We have nothing negative at all to report -- everything went just as smoothly as could be. We were welcomed with a super-special treat as well - thanks Daiv!

Beautiful and well-appointed apartment in an up-and-coming gay area! Daiv met us when we arrived, was friendly and very helpful in getting us situated in the apartment and telling us about the local restaurants and gay scene. Easily one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Daiv was an exceptional host. Showed us around the cottage and made us feel right at home. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jacksonville.
