This colorful 700sq ft (65 m/sq unit) is full of bold colors and plenty of comfort. Located in the hip Riverside area, this nicely appointed apartment is the perfect place to call home in the “gayest “part of town. Walk to Park Place Lounge down the street or a dozen plus bars, restaurants and clubs within 10 minutes, this location is close to all the action. All new furnishings as of January 2022 with original tile and floorings this apartment offers superior comfort with a well-stocked kitchen, coffee station and of course lots of IKEA goodies in the kitchen! New dedicated desk/workstation in bedroom in 2024! One pet is allowed up to 50 pounds and the fee is $50.00 USD up to one week. Inquire for longer periods! There is a brand-new laundry ******** available to guests who stay 5 days or longer in the adjacent garage. IT IS NOT COMPLIMETARY. We have a 46-inch Plasma TV with antenna access. You can login to Netflix, Hulu etc. with your own credentials. We do not provide complimentary access.

This contemporary , comfortable , adults only 502 square foot urban apartment provides you a comfortable well appointed space with plenty of in house amenities for the discerning traveler. We are located in the Murray/Hill Riverside area of Jacksonville with access to both Interstates 95 and 10 within 5 minutes of the unit. We are in an urban core neighborhood close to many bars, clubs and restaurants and also very close to the downtown sporting venues, stadium and downtown concert and convention venues. The gay bars Metro, Park Place and the Bootrack are all within a 1/2 mile! The unit features a fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, nicely stocked honor bar , espresso maker and many upscale amenities. New 120 Sq ft deck added in 2018 along with IKEA station in kitchen and new 42 inch flatscreen TV in the living room . One pet is accepted with a $50.00 non refundable pet fee up to one week!

Daiv is the consummate host! He was excellent with communication, even while he was out of town during our stay. The Bohemia was in the beautiful Riverside neighborhood, close to many conveniences and entertainment. Our Bohemia had all the comforts of being home, and it felt like home. Quirky, clean, and welcoming. An added benefit was an 'honor system' beverage center, which was especially appreciative for our first night! We would stay here again.
