I had a wonderful stay at Luis' place! The flat is cozy, comfortable, beautifully designed, and close to the city centre while still in a quiet, peaceful area. Luis was a genuinely kind and accommodating host, happy to help with anything I needed. When it was raining, he even picked me up so I wouldn't have to walk with my luggage. Such a thoughtful gesture! I only stayed one night and wish we'd had more time to hang out. I'd happily stay again and highly recommend his place!

Honestly the apartment is just amazing. The location is a tiny bit far from the city center but close to the tram station, however it's very quiet that I had amazing sleep, opening the window at night to see the stars was a plus. Everything is super clean. Even the balcony is clean! And Louis is super nice, he helped me with my laundry! I wish I have more time to relax at the apartment. Definitely recommended if anyone come to Stuttgart and looking for a place to stay.

Had wonderful staying at Luis specious apartment, located in a very peaceful no exit street, it is the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed over more than hundreds of staying across 4 continents, Luis is a very friendly host, he helped to provide local knowledge, very accommodating. He provide more than everything you need a traveler, the apartment is well decorated with very good taste, absolutely spotless, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the high end equipment, the terrace balcony is a good spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others, thank you, Luis for your wonderful hospitality!

Very beautiful, spacious, quiet and impeccably clean apartment with a friendly host – despite our late arrival. Approximately 60 m2 terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. The apartment is very easily accessible both by car and by public transport (approximately 15 minutes from the main train station). Communication with Luis was straightforward. All in all: a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back. Dietmar and Daniel

Luis is a super kind and lovely guy. Being there felt like being with a friend. The place is spotless, the bed comfy and the massive balcony is beautiful and private. Would come back any time.

This apartment is MUCH nicer than the photos - clean, spacious, stylish and recently renovated. The huge outdoor area is partially nude-friendly and Luis is an outstanding and generously hospitable host who speaks English perfectly. The location is a 5 minute walk from Botnang Ubahn Station, with trains every 10 minutes to the city centre (Stadtmitte)...only a 13 minute ride. The neighbourhood is leafy and serene with minimal traffic and a good variety of shops. The apartment is at the end of the street directly next to a massive forest with numerous paths, so it seems like you are at the edge of the city. Highly recommended!
