Modern cozy guest room Stuttgart Idyllic forest edge

Very beautiful, spacious, quiet and impeccably clean apartment with a friendly host – despite our late arrival. Approximately 60 m2 terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee in the sun. The apartment is very easily accessible both by car and by public transport (approximately 15 minutes from the main train station). Communication with Luis was straightforward. All in all: a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back. Dietmar and Daniel

Luis is a super kind and lovely guy. Being there felt like being with a friend. The place is spotless, the bed comfy and the massive balcony is beautiful and private. Would come back any time.

This apartment is MUCH nicer than the photos - clean, spacious, stylish and recently renovated. The huge outdoor area is partially nude-friendly and Luis is an outstanding and generously hospitable host who speaks English perfectly. The location is a 5 minute walk from Botnang Ubahn Station, with trains every 10 minutes to the city centre (Stadtmitte)...only a 13 minute ride. The neighbourhood is leafy and serene with minimal traffic and a good variety of shops. The apartment is at the end of the street directly next to a massive forest with numerous paths, so it seems like you are at the edge of the city. Highly recommended!

Luis is a very likeable and friendly host. The apartment is spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. The room is bright and equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. The kitchen could be used. The large terrace area was particularly great, with a view of the adjacent forest area, where it was very nice to have breakfast in the mornings. Free parking in front of the apartment complex and you're quickly at the tram stop. The apartment is only accessible via stairs. I would be very happy to come back!

I had a wonderful stay with Luis. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything is perfectly organized and you immediately feel at home. Luis is a super friendly host who gave me great personalized tips to explore the city. We also had a really nice chat, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The place is quietly located and the large terrace with its beautiful view is a real highlight. I felt very welcome here. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back!

Luis was super quick in comms and very easy to work with. He took great care to make sure all my questions were answered well ahead of time and was there when I arrived to greet me. We enjoyed a meal together and had some great conversation. Luis is very articulate and well travelled, making sure I was comfy and everything I needed was absolutely second nature. His home - man. Dream pad. The smart lighting, sense of space - I fell in love with the feel of the sheets (he told me they are normal sheets you can buy anywhere!) - the attention to detail such as the towels being rolled with their logo the right way around; the QR code to make joining the WiFi easy, the key perched on top of the WiFi instructions.... Too much to list. Bottom line. Luis is an experienced host and understands the needs of travellers - especially as he travels himself, all over the world. If you find yourself in Stuttgart, be sure to consider his place. Town is a short ride on the s-Bahn and the apartment is second to none.
