Modern private guest room for 1-2 people on the idyllic edge of the forest in Stuttgart-Botnang, with direct access to public transport via the subway and easy parking for your own car. The apartment itself is located in a very quiet area, which guarantees a restful night's sleep.
The guest room itself is part of my large, modern apartment, which is equipped with the latest audio, video and fast internet.
The cozy room itself has a table with all kinds of USB adapters and has several sockets to charge your phone, tablet and computer. You can also use the table as a mini-office.
The bed is modern and soft at 140x200.
The modern shared bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a very spacious bathtub and has a toilet. There is a separate private toilet available.
The kitchen can be used during your stay. The use of the coffee machine (Nespresso) is free of charge and you will also receive a bottle of water with every stay.
The spacious terrace has a seating area with tables with a direct view of the entrance to the forest and is ideal for breakfast. This outdoor area is also the only area where smoking is allowed, as all indoor areas are non-smoking.
The location of the apartment is ideal for an idyllic/romantic walk to the nearby Bärensee lake and the small hunting lodge with restaurant.
By public transport, you can be almost anywhere in Stuttgart city center within 12 minutes by subway.
Parking is available free of charge right outside the front door.
